CRFWEB’s randomization module makes it easy to manage and automate your study’s randomization process. It integrates smoothly with our EDC platform but can also be used as a standalone tool if needed.
Your statistician can supply a randomized subject list, which CRFWEB then uses to assign subjects to the appropriate groups. For more advanced needs, your team can provide a randomization protocol. Our team will build this directly into the study design, generating the schedule as part of the setup.
The module supports simple, blocked, stratified, and adaptive randomization methods. It uses techniques such as minimization and Chi-Square to ensure balance and flexibility across study arms.

Kit Request (by site) —> Request approval (PM) —> Request Dispatch (by Depot) —> Kit receipt (at site).
Within the kit dispatch cycle, CRFWEB offers an unique predictive analysis on the delivery time per site enabling sponsors /CRO to prioritise delivery.
CRFWEB has a dedicated dashboard to view randomized subjects and kit inventory at every site giving ability to see the overall status in a single view
